1. Scope of Services

We provide professional plumbing services, including, but not limited to:

• General service, repair, and maintenance of commercial and residential plumbing systems
• Drain cleaning
• Water heater repair, replacement, and installation
• Remodels
• Rough-in plumbing
• Gas line repair and replacement/installation
• Water supply systems
• Water filtration systems
• And most other plumbing services

All services are subject to availability and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Estimates and Pricing

• We provide upfront pricing for all services. A set price will be agreed upon before any work begins.
• Our job is to inform you about your plumbing system and offer you clear, actionable options for fixing the issue at hand. You will be presented with the services we recommend, along with the pricing for each option.
• Any additional work needed or potentially needed will be outlined before any work begins. If such unknowns exist, AAA Organized Plumbing will do everything possible to inform our customers about all potential issues before commencing any work.
• There are no surprise charges or price increases during the job. All prices are fixed, and we ensure you understand the cost of the service before we proceed.
• If additional work is required that is outside of the original scope, we will provide you with a new set of options and corresponding prices for your approval before continuing.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payment by cash, check, credit card, ACH transfer, and other agreed methods.
• For larger projects, a deposit of 10% or $1000 (whichever is smaller) may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Larger jobs may require progress payments.
• Late payments are subject to a $100 or 3% per month late fee.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee if one was required due to distance or road conditions.

5. Warranties

• We offer a warranty on all of our work, which includes both labor and materials, for a period of 2 to 15 years, depending on the scope of the plumbing repair or installation.
• The warranty covers any defects in the work performed, including any parts installed during the service.
• Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

6. Liability

• We are fully licensed and insured in the state of California.
• While we take every precaution, we are not liable for pre-existing issues, hidden damages, or any consequential damages unless caused by our direct negligence.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure access to the work area and inform us of any specific concerns or restrictions on your property.
• Pets should be secured during our visit.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any known plumbing issues or conditions.

8. Permits and Code Compliance

• We comply with California Plumbing Code and local regulations.
• If a job requires a permit, we will assist in obtaining it or advise the homeowner accordingly. Costs related to permits are the customer’s responsibility unless included in the contract.

9. Emergency Services

• Emergency services are available and are subject to availability.
• Emergency calls may incur additional fees based on the urgency and time of service.

10. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal communication.
• If necessary, disputes will be settled through arbitration in accordance with California state law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and/or provided upon request.
